1. This is an internet only auction. All bidding is online. The bidding for this auction will close on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at 8:00pm. 2. A preview will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2018 from 3pm-5:30pm at 100 Fairview St. Mount Joy, PA 17552. 3. Pickup of your winning purchases will be Monday, August 20, 2018 from 3 - 6:00pm at 100 Fairview St. Mount Joy, PA 17552. Items needing disassembly which cannot be done Aug. 20 can be done by appointment but must be completed by August 24, 2018. NOTICE: Hess Auction Group will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. Everything must be picked up by 8pm be Friday, August 24, 2018. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items not picked up and will forfeit their right and claim to the property. 4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. We encourage you to come to the preview to see and inspect the items. 5. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate. 6.
