If you wish to preview any items, send a request to or call 215-444-5353. We will contact you to set up an appointment. Auction goes live on Wednesday June 22 10pm and closes June 28nd at 6:00pm Won Items can be picked up by appointment only at the Merchant's Square Mall, 1901 S 12th St, Allentown, PA . You will receive a link to schedule your pickup via, sign up for a time slot to pick up your won items or to have them shipped. If you are buying furniture, it is important that you BRING YOUR OWN LABOR TO LOAD THE ITEMS. WE WILL NOT MOVE THEM FOR YOU. All furniture will be available on the first floor. There is NO shipping if furniture unless you make the arrangements. Smaller items can be shipped, shipping is mostly done in house or we can recommend a shipper to you. If you want to ship an item it is YOUR responsibility to have it picked up with the times of our office hours. When in doubt call before bidding! If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees. Once sale is over, if you won an item/s your card will be charged unless otherwise requested. Invoices will be sent following the auction and unless you have specifically indicated that you wish to pay in cash your card WILL be CHARGED. Checks are only accepted IN PERSON, please make checks payable to our parent company (Searchlight Auction). Mailed checks will NOT be recognized. Sales Tax is applied to PA Residents only per state law and regulations. All items are sold AS IS. All items must be picked up within the scheduled days unless other arrangements are made (call 215-444-5353 for alternative arrangements), all items not picked up will be resold, or disposed of and any sale dollar amounts will be kept for storage costs. Everything will be paid for through HiBid by credit card, a 15% buyers premium is applied to all purchases. Invoices will be emailed following the completion of the auction. All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time. Payment Terms
Invoices will be sent upon completion of the auction. All accounts will be paid in full via credit card through HiBid. Checks are only accepted IN PERSON. There is NO reduction in Buyers Premium with cash or check. Buyers Premium is 15%. Checks are to be made payable to our parent company Searchlight Auction. Mailed checks will NOT be recognized. Any credit cards that are declined will be reprocessed the next day. If unable to process, cash or check will be required at pick up time or before shipping process begins. There are Categorically no charge backs. Chargebacks will be met with the fullest extent of the law, and it is understood that if you are bidding in this auction you are bidding with the understanding that everything is AS IS. There are NO exceptions and ALL SALES ARE FINAL
PICKUP YOUR ITEMS at 1901 S 12th St, Allentown (Merchants Square Mall) first ORANGE BUILDING on the immediate left as you enter the mall, some items may be located in the mall as well. Schedule your pick up using the link you will receive from, sent to winners only via email/text. If you are picking up furniture, bring your own labor and supplies for moving. All furniture will be in the Orange building or in the Mall. For other times please call 215-444-5353 to make arrangements. There is shipping available for smaller items but NO shipping for furniture. Shipping is done mostly in house and will begin after all pick ups are complete. For furniture or other large items, we recommend using UShip or other shippers please contact us for their information. When in doubt call before bidding! If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees.
