Description	A large estate auction that contains a very large assortment of ammunition. There are rifles, shotguns, crossbows and more. Lots of hunting and fishing related gear. Taxidermy examples of a variety of animals as well as limited edition wildlife prints from well known artists. No shipping of taxidermy items - pick up only. All firearms are subject to a background check. This may be waived if the firearm qualifies (for example, black powder or antique). The final say on this will be up to our FFL holder. Firearms to be shipped will only be shipped to an FFL holder of the bidder's choice. We do not ship firearms to California. There will be live, in-person bidding as well as internet bidding. Please call us in advance with questions about any items. 814-427-6113. Questions on auction day may produce mixed results. Although, we will try, it is difficult right before we start.

Conditions of Sale: HiBid and AuctionZip buyer's premium is 20%. NOTICE - EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY! Freeman Yoder Auctions will NOT accept payment over the telephone by credit card for lots purchased containing coins, bullion or jewelry over the telephone. We will accept personal and business checks, cashier's check and money wires. If bidder is paying by check or wire, we reserve the right to hold all purchases until the check has cleared our bank. If paying by wire, please add a $25.00 wire transfer fee. For other purchases, we only accept credit cards with US billing addresses. If paid via credit card, the items can only be shipped to the billing address of the card. If paying by wire or check, lots can be shipped anywhere. SHIPPING We have in-house shipping and generally use UPS and USPS. We charge for boxes, packing material and time. If a package exceeds 70lbs or is too large for either carrier to pick up, freight services are required. Estimates for freight can take time to acquire and can be costly. Bidders must be registered with internet auction platform of choice (AuctionZip, Hi-Bid, LiveAuctioneers) or in-person at our Auction Center. No bidder may retract a bid that has been submitted online. Each bidder is responsible for all bids transmitted from such Registered Bidder's computer or from such Registered Bidder's account for the Online Auction Platform. If a winning bid is sent from the computer of a Registered Bidder, or from a Registered Bidder's account for the Online Auction Platform, such Registered Bidder will be the Buyer, unless the same bid has been taken by the auctioneer from the floor. Floor bids take precedence over internet bids. Firearms will only be shipped to the address of a current Federal Firearms LIcense (FFL) holder. Do not bid on any firearms if this is a problem for you. Credit card payments for firearms must be made over the telephone. We do not ship firearms to California.

RESTRICTED PAYMENT ITEMS (IE...FIREARMS, AMMUNITION, KNIVES, ETC...) WILL REQUIRE PAYMENT PROCESSING VIA TELEPHONE AS OUR ONLINE PROCESSOR RESTRICTS SUCH ITEMS. While we try to include shipping charges with the initial invoice this is not always possible. If items require specialty packaging, such as firearms or have extra large dimensions a second invoice will be issued to cover the shipping rate and associated costs (ie. boxes/time/material). All Lots and shipping must be paid for in-full within three (3) days business days after receipt of the specific invoice. Purchases must be paid by credit card or approved check; provided, however, that purchases in excess of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) must be paid by wire transfer or certified funds unless other arrangements are made with Auctioneer in Auctioneer's sole and absolute discretion. Winning Bidder credit cards on file may be charged four (4) days after an invoice has been sent to the Winning Bidder.

Shipping / Pick Up

PICKUP INFO: Winning bidders may pick up their items at our Auction Center starting on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 through Saturday, September 10, 2022. Our office hours are 9am to 4pm. Please call or email to be certain we are here and if you require a special time and we will make it work. Shipping is available in house. We start with a base fee of $10.00 per shipment, add on cost of boxes and packing material then we get a quote from either USPS or UPS for best way shipping with appropriate insurance. We will combine items if possible. For example, a rifle...$10.00 + $8.00 (box) + $4.00 (packing) + $37.50 (UPS ground w/insurance) = $59.50. Charges will vary depending upon location, weight, size, insurance, etc... It may take us a little time to issue a shipping invoice depending upon demand. If a package exceeds 70lbs or is too large for either carrier to pick up, freight services are required. Estimates for freight can take time to acquire and can be costly. WE WILL NOT SHIP FIREARMS TO CALIFORNIA. FIREARMS SHIPMENTS ARE ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS/BUSINESSES THAT POSSESS A VALID FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE ONLY and SHIP VIA UPS.
