IF YOU DO NOT READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND TERMS YOU WILL MISS IMPORTANT INFORMATION Auction goes live begins Thursday August 18th, 2022 @ 6pm and Ends Thursday August 25th, 2022 @ 6 pm Won Items can be picked up by appointment only. You will receive a LINK to schedule your pickup or choose shipping, sign up for a time slot to pick up your won items. When in doubt call before bidding! If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees. Once sale is over, if you won an item/s your card will be charged unless otherwise requested. Invoices will be sent following the auction and unless you have specifically indicated that you wish to pay in cash your card WILL be CHARGED. No Checks are accepted, Sales Tax is applied to as per state laws and regulations. All items are sold AS IS. All items must be picked up within the scheduled time slots unless other arrangements are made (call 561-369-5075 for alternative arrangements), all items not picked up will be resold, or disposed of and any sale dollar amounts will be kept for storage costs. Everything will be paid for through HiBid by credit card, a 15% buyers premium is applied to all purchases. Invoices will be emailed following the completion of the auction. All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by law. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Payment Terms	Invoices will be sent upon completion of the auction. All accounts will be paid in full via credit card through HiBid. 15% buyers premium, 3% fee for credit card, 6% state sales tax for PA residents unless provided with current state sales tax exemption certificate If you wish to pay with a check or cash you must contact us via email PRIOR to the auction close time. You will not be charged the credit card 3% processing fee. Checks are only accepted IN PERSON. Checks are to be made payable to our parent company Searchlight Auction. Mailed checks will NOT be recognized. Any credit cards that are declined will be reprocessed the next day. If unable to process, cash or check will be required at pick up time or before shipping process begins. There are Categorically no charge backs. Chargebacks will be met with the fullest extent of the law, and it is understood that if you are bidding in this auction you are bidding with the understanding that everything is AS IS. Shipping / Pick Up

This auction is available for Shipping and Local pickup. PICKING UP YOUR ITEMS Schedule your pick up using the SignupGenus.com link that will be sent to winners only via email. If you are picking up furniture, bring your own labor and supplies for moving. Scheduled pick ups by appointment. Date for Pickup is Saturday August 27th, 2022 from 12pm to 6pm. There is shipping available for smaller items but NO shipping for furniture. Shipping is done mostly in house and will begin after all pick ups are complete. When in doubt call before bidding! If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees. If special accommodations are needed please call 561-369-5075 to make other pick up or shipping arrangements.
