Although as in the past you can do a hands on inspection during our listed hours of all lots offered, all bidding is on-line only. Our hours for preview and inspection Monday-Thursday 9-3, Fridays 10-7 and Saturdays 9-Noon All lots offered are described and/or graded by the consignor and K.D. Smith Auctions offers no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied. All items are sold where-is, as-is. All merchandise is on display for inspection and it is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect the merchandise as we have a no return policy. To insure authenticity of your purchase of US coins, autographed items and sports cards you may choose to have them sent out for authentication under the following terms: 1. Successful bidder pays for item. 2. Item never leaves custody of K.D.Smith Auctions prior to its submission for authentication to ANACS, SGC or PSA If coin is determined to be not authentic by ANACS or the autograph or sports card is determined to be not authentic by SGC or PSA the successful bidder will be refunded the complete purchase price excluding authentication service. If items is deemed authentic successful bidder pays all fees.
